Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) الفقه الإسلامي is a very important and diverse discipline. its literature is very vast. In addition to the body of the legal rules, it includes Usul al Fiqh أصول الفقه (Islamic legal theory), comparative Fiqh الفقه المقارن, 'Ilm al-Khilaf علم الخلاف (studying differences among jurists and their basis) and 'Ilm al-Qawaed al-Shareyyah. القواعد الشرعية

This discipline addresses the legal maxims and their application. Muslim jurists, in the past and the present, produced huge literature addressing this aspect of Fiqh.

Q&A: The Hadith "I wish I could meet my brothers"

Question: What is the reporting concerning the following ḥ adith and is it authentic? The Prophet peace be upon him said: ‘I wish I could meet my brothers.  The companions of the Prophet peace be upon him said: Are we not your brothers?  He (the Prophet) said: You are my companions, but my brothers are those who have faith in me although they never saw me’ [Aḥmad].     Answer:  Answer The narration is purportedly from the companion Anas ibn Mālik, may Allah be pleased with him, and is reported outside of the commonly known books or famous books of ḥ adith . Fiqh of Trade - Part 2 (The Majlis & Conditions of the buyer/seller)

The following is a translation from the Arabic book 'Mashroo’ Qaanoon Al-Buyoo’ Fee Dawlah Al-Islaamiyah', first edition by Ziyaad Ghazlaan. Article 4: The Majlis (sitting) of the ‘Aqd of Al-Bai’ (contract of trade) is the circumstances (Haal) in which the Baa’i (seller) and Mushtari (purchaser) are actively engaged in the Bai’ (trade).   This means the time in which the seller and buyer are engaged in the process of trade and its reality has been explained by Ash-Sheikh Mustafaa Az-Zarqaa when he stated: [The state in which the two contracting parties are engaging in negotiations about the contract] (Al-Madkhal Al-Fiqhi Al-‘Aamm 348/1). So the Majlis of the ‘Aqd extends throughout the period of time that is after the Eejaab (offer) as long as this period does not include that which indicates opposition from either the seller or buyer.
